Update from Wilson

Down East 5 Western Carolina 7

Tough game.... bad pitching machine...... tired girls!

I think we'll hit the movies tonight for a little r & r. Tomorrow's game is at 11.

My car is fixed.... to the tune of a cool $500.

Life is so good!

BTW - Pitt Co. All-Stars evidently all got sick last Sunday too. They stayed at the same hotel as our team and enjoyed the continental breakfast on Sunday morning as well.....

Lesson learned..... go to Bojangles!

You hang in there Emmie ......
and don't ever, ever clean out your car or your purse. Your mama trained you better than that!

I'm on email w/ Hilary right now. I see she made a post. She's watching from western NC .... She'll be home next week... yeah.

Bless your sweet KA heart!! I'm impressed- you can do anything, so I know that a little computer glitch will not keep you down!

I am enjoying the tournament from the comfort of my house! I made an executive decision that because Grant's counts have been a little too low for the past week (following the clinic visit and blood tests), the last thing he needed was too much sun and the always present chance of catching a bug like the team got last weekend.

So- Grant and Jacob are my guests for a few days. We're doing just fine, and I know that there will be more tournaments in the future. (The decision to stay home was also influenced by the saga of my next door neighbor's kids "5" being taken into protective custody and the power and water being turned off... so far there have been 10 deputy cars there... anyway, I am/have been/will be a nervous wreck until the mom and dad have been evicted next week. It's been a very sad situation, and I have to be sure that my family is safe in the mean while.

Good luck today Edie!
